Technical issues that prevent zoom session to be held on the end of Peace and Happiness, LLC:
We will usually give attendees the option of a full refund or to join a future similar session of the same price point free of charge.

Technical zoom issues on end of purchaser:
We will usually give attendees the option to join a future similar session of the same price point free of charge on the first occurrence of an issue. Future issues will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

As we cannot guarantee your response, individuals may be given option to attend a future similar session at no charge as the nature of these events can depend on each individual's personal openness to connection. A refund will be considered if the above indicates.
